Posture & Balance
Before you swing the club you have to make sure that your weight is over your feet properly
and you are balanced from top to bottom. Lets start at the top and work our way down.
1) Your torso is bent forward so your chest is over the front of your shoes.
2) Bent at the waist with your back fairly straight.
3) Push your behind out slightly, this will get your weight over your feet
4) Bend your knees slightly
5) Weight should now be over the balls of your feet.
If you follow the points above, you will feel in control over the ball, more confident and enjoy the game even more. Posture and balance are only part of the proper set up, all parts of the set up need to be followed to improve and become more consistent.
